Forvaltningen af reservation: There was something wrong with the booking. but those who worked at the hotel solved it very well
Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: Friendly presonal and a courteous of everyone at the hotel. Breakfast was not what I thought it would be.

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: Останавливались в отеле на 5 дней с ребенком 2-х лет.Для шопинга идеальное место, но только не с ребенком. Завтраки нас устроили: яйца, курица, рис, салат,фрукты, тосты. В номере нет чайника. Персонал в принципе дружелюбный. Заселили нас сразу же, хотя приехали на 1,5 часа раньше. Слышимость в номер очень хорошая. Второй раз бы там не останавились.

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: On our second day at the hotel we went out early since we learned the previous day that the stores open as early as 6 am, as we got back to the hotel, we passed by the front desk to claim our meal coupons. One lady at the front desk accused us of already claiming our meal stubs and even made a remark that she was really sure that my husband already claimed it early in the day! I told her to check their cameras to prove that we haven t claimed it yet! It was a very bad experience for us! A few minutes later, another lady at the front desk apoligized to us and gave us another meal stubs that belong to another couple from another room since they made a mistake in giving ours to somebody else. Very bad experience! I wasn t able to get her name since we were already pissed with what she did! But aside from that, we just made sure to make our stay a memorable one. Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: Worst Hotel i ever went.. No Hot water, TV is not able to watch.. The bed there s sound.. Counter staffs & manager was all rude.. Service totally can not make it.. Will never step there again.. Terrible stay..

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: The rooms don t look anything like the pictures on their website but are clean. The bathrooms are in bad shape. I stay here often and there are always problems. This time no hot water for 4 days (it is always barely warm anyway), and no electricity for another whole day, which meant I lost a whole day of not being able to use my room. Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: The location is very good. The facility and the room quality was very poor. The hot water was not running for the whole stay (5 days). The smell in the room was terrible. It smell like someone just taking a pee everywhere in the bedroom. The bed was hard but it was ok for me. Giving tip is a must in this hotel. No money no friendly. Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: We had 7 days at First house hotel. To tell the truth this hotel is only good located in the centre of Bangkok for shopping.The hotel is old and the window from our room looked to the old derelict house. That is why we have no day light and didn t see the Sun from the window. If you are going only to the shopping for 2 days it s very good. We went everywhere by foot with map: Central Plaza, Mike shop, Siam Paragon, MBK, Big C, Tesco Lotus. It is situated not far from railway station and on Sunday you may go to the Chatuchak market. The hotel has no pool. The breakfasts were good but everyday were the same.It is so far from the airport but not far from Ekamai Station if you are going to Pattaya by railway. Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: Close to Petchuri Plaza (Computer City shopping). Not easy to find restaurants nearby. Hotel was OK for 2 nights, but I would nt stay for a longer time. BED WAS AWFUL - Stiff! Staff was OK, not so good english though. Wi-fi working, but not soo fast. No printer-service. [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: Helpful service, ok room (although I hate wall-to-wall carpeting), a bit old but clean bathroom. Our room on the 7th floor was quiet. Big shopping malls and skytrain stops in walking distance which is a big plus. Breakfast had a lot of options but only the soup and the fruits tasted good. Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: Отель не понравился вообще. Очень ветхие и маленькие комнаты, такая же печальная ванная комната. Матрас и подушки- это просто ад. Пришлось складывать в несколько слоев полотенце, чтобы заменить подушку. Кондей работает очень шумно. Температуру выставить нельзя, т.к. есть только три уровня обдува. Бронировали по акции за 30$ Standart. Возможно, что комнаты Deluxe качественно лучше, но подозреваю, что не на много. [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: Hate of the smell at the lobby of First House Hotel. Service is so so except some impolite attitudes from hotel servant once standing quite long time to wait our tip. You should know that we have not ever wasted the money for any polite & honest attitudes.
