Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: I guess it s an old well-known hotel in Bangkok as almost all taxi drivers knew it when I headed there from somewhere. I got this promotion from sawasdee, good value for new years holiday. The room I got was a bit old, with no coffee/tea maker. It might be because of the promotion.Room was spacious. They got a good swimming pool even though I didn t try it. Location was 5-10min from MBK by taxi for just THB 45.Breakfast was decent.Overall it was nice!

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: A good location, just a 15 min walk to MBK and there is cheap laundry- service just beside the hotell. The only problem we had was from the person who took care about the breakfast-tickets, she claimed every morning that we should have a ticket for the oldest son (7 years) and we tried to explan that tje staff in the reception hade sayed that he doe´sn´t needen any but she refused to talk about this and called the manager ever moorning. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: We stayed 5 days @ Twin Towers Bangkok, first impression was WOW so elegant. We were greeted with a smile from the girl on reception and check-in was a breeze. Our room was spacious & very clean. The Cocktail lounge is a great place to relax after a long day with good prices & great service, although I can t say the same for breakfast, service was bad & very disappointing (No smiles either) The Tour Deck (Outside Hotel) is great the girls are lovely & nothing is too much, they organised our tours etc. Shopping is a short taxi ride to MBK, Siam etc, we used the hotel car as it was around the same price. Over all not a bad place to stay.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: As returning clients fo years, we must say it s always a pleasure to be back at this hotel. We have only one thing to complain for, which is, as I checked in by myself while my thai wife was shopping around, once she arrived at the hotel she was asked by a receptionist if she was going to join a customer (as if she was sort of a prostitute), even if I already registered her during the check in procedure. I mean, even if she was just an occasional company to me and not my real wife, how a receptionist dares to make such comments!Anyway, we cleared the matter with the manager of the hotel and for the rest, everything was ok as usual.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: This was my 2nd stay at the hotel and as always was a pleasant experience. Staff is friendly and it has all the requirements of a good hotel. If I go to Bangkok again it will b my 1st choice to stay. It is very close to all the Siam Square and Pratunam and all the shopping malls are very easily approachable by Taxi.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Been there many times before and allways walue for money but not this time. Bad service at checking in and very bad at the resturant. They close at 10.00 but when we orderd desert a 9.15 the kitchen was closed!

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Obwohl wir ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht haben war keines verfügbar.Das Frühstück war im vergleich zu anderen Jahren nicht wirklich gut. In zukunft werden wir uns in BKK für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: The hotel was reasonable but expect to pay for any extras/ facilities. I had to pay 200 baht to use the gym. The internet is very expensive at 350 baht a day. I was staying at the hotel for 3 days recoving post surgery. A friend came to visit me with gifts and was made to pay 700 baht. The cleaners would take any money left around in the room and the room service employees were not keen to bring change to the room. The whole place is obsessed with making money. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Very good hotel and location, not far from main sights. Large, comfortable rooms. We have used car, tuk tuk to get everywhere. Breakfast was quite similar, two different variants of menu repeated every two days. Swimming pool without heating, quite cold in the evening after busy day. Spa was very good, but rather expensive.I would recommend this hotel

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: The hotel itself is beautiful. the Hotel staff is not very nice and not-so service. The rooms are dirty and old, I was disgusted to shower and use bathroom accessories. Large room, the view is not always pleasant. The dining room is nice, courteous staff that is not. I do not go back there again in the future, nor recommend it to others. Loaded in great improvement.
