Forvaltningen af reservation: Have used PhuketPortalen.dk for 10 years, traveling to Thailand 1-2 times a year and have always been happy.
Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Centrally located, very good buffet breakfast (included), and lunch was very good at 300 baht. Service is very good, and rooms are clean.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: It is never a suprise that I have a great visit when I stay at the Majestic Grande Hotel. Everything is how you would expect and the staff is very nice. The Dine @ 7 buffet was outstanding and I look foward to eating there again.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Room was not ready when I checked in at 15.00 hrs ! Corridor in front of my room was dirty as it seemed it was used as a long time parking place for a cleaning trolley. Cleanliness of the room was so so. Apparently prepared in a hurry. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: I have stayed at the Majestic Grande several times before, last time about three years ago, and always been very pleased with the hotel. However, this time the I was very disappointed with the service and especially the house keeping. The room was typically serviced after 5 pm and the corridors rather dirty. This hotel can no longer be regarded as a 4 star one and I will not stay there again.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: This is a wonderful hotel which represents great value. This was my 3rd stay at Majestic Grande. We Had come to Bangkok to celebrate my wife s birthday. Somehow the management got wind of this and when we returned to our room after a night out a birthday cake awaited. I was astonished. My wife was overwhelmed. Terriffic service.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: you cant go far wrong with thi hotel for its perfect location and lovely rooms and staff, my only gripe is that the pool is small and in the shade most of the day, but who wants to stay in the pool all day anyway when there is so much to see and do in bangkok.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: well-appointed and very clean room. However, my wife and I felt that the air-conditioner was actually too cold and made the air much too dry. And changes to the thermostat did not make any real difference to the room temperature. Eventually, the room was too cold or the air-con was off.
