Forvaltningen af reservation: Each time we want to change some details of search,we have to restart over again. Very inconvenient.
Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: All we could say is we enjoyed our stays at Kho Khao Island Beach Resort very much. The room was great. Breakfast was excellent. Air Condition worked fine. Their staffs are so friendly.The beach was very peaceful, windy (sometimes, of course)and lovely.However, all visitors should have a car otherwise you will have to call in a taxi to go out of the resort. The resort is isolated. At the pier, you could get nice meals at reasonable price and also some grocery.We had a great time. [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Perfect quiet location. Excellent room we stayed in garden villa. Pool very good and plenty of sun beds around beach and pool. Staff very helpful, breakfast very good and plenty of places to eat at night outside of hotel.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Hotel was quite good value for the money. However, one of the pools is only for Pool Access Villas and the remaining pool is quite small. Too few sunbeds on the beach. Wifi service was expensive and should have been included. Good restaurants at the beach and easy transport to the pier. This is island is for those how would like peace and quiet and not alot of people. But go for the pool access villas if you have children.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: This hotel has an excellent location, wonderful beach. It would be great if the service were better. Hotel needs refurbishing. Not too far from it (turn right on the beach) there is an excellent Lazy House Restaurant. It is much better to eat there. They have fresh fish and generally good value for money. We liked our stay and maybe we shall come back, hoping for the improvement in the service quality. There is no SPA in the hotel (not longer). But around there are places a person may get a good massage.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: This hotel is perfect for people witch vill take it easy end have same days with no problems, only enjoy the holiday. fantastic beach, 20 km to walk in the sun, Nice small restuarants for lunch or dinner. nice people and good service.The hotel help you for sam trips for ex, to diving in Similan islands. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: A clean and nice resort with great location. You can eather relax on the beds at the beach or at the pool. It s about 1km from the pier so if you want you can easy take a walk. At the beach, nearby the hotel, you find many nice restaurants for lunch and dinner, Siams, Cool House and Lazy House are som examples of restaurants with genuin thaifood! No disturbing beachsellers!!!! We love KKK

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: This is the 2:nd time I´m staying at the KIB. The hotel is very good located at the beach. The facilities is quite ok, Grand Deluxe room is big enough. The hotel has a bit of Robinson/survivor outlook. Nice staff.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Our room was spacious (suspect we were upgraded), with an enormous bathroom and large balcony. The minibar was stocked with goods at supermarket prices (very unusual), saving a trip back to the supermarket at the pier. Breakfast not included in our cheap deal, very expensive. 2 cheap beachfront restaurants close by opened at 10am (Lazy House, Cool House). Reception staff very helpful. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Das Hotel ist herlich gelegen und die Zimmer bzw. die Villen sind bestens Ausgestattet. Das Personal ist hilfreich und freundlich. In der Low-Saison hat man seine absolute Ruhe und trotzdem alles nötige was man brauch. Die Speisekarte ist karg und zum Essen sollte man ein par Meter am Strand entlangehen (rechts rum). Wir sind im November wieder Gäste dort.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Nice resort, we stayed (4 pers) for 13 nights and will probably return. Helpful staff, roomcleaning ok, Ok restaurang (new management?), Ok menu, tasty dishes.The public pool is too small for all the guest that haven´t privatepool access/villa´s etc. Lucky that there is a nice beach and an ocean to swim in.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: This Hotel is verry good in most aspects! And give us - who payed over internt - much for what we payed. But the picture on the bidg (3) pools should be taken away from internet ore information. If You not add that only a few flats can use them and that other must bath in the little pool who was not clean and full of toyes for those who like to swim in a nice pool. (0% must go togehter in a rather little pool - and 20% (mostly only a few %) can bath in 3 pools! This should be changed as information in intenet , written ifo as when You check in. Everything eles is verry near to top-points! The intenr did not work at all = and is bad for a hotel in this standard! Stefan, Sweden

Forvaltningen af reservation: Good!We took a flight earlier and the booking service could rearrange our transfer to the hotel without problems and short-dated.Sometimes answers to e-mails is too quick, not answering all of the posed questions properly.
Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Staying at Kho Khao Island Beach Resort was very relaxing as we came outside of the season.The rooms are very luxurious and also the food is good and the staff is nice.

Forvaltningen af reservation: We got a voucher from our hotel but it was closed!! How could that happening?PhuketPortalen.dk helpt us to fix the pay to the other hotel. Our children was sow disepointed. They looked forward to play playstation and go to cinema at the hotel but it was closed!!!
Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: The hotel was okej. The price was too high for that hotel..The sheet was dirty, the service was not good. There was lot of personal but the service?We waited 30 minuter for 4 drinks..and the breakfast took 2 ours to served to 7 persons!!...and the internet worked very slowly. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Very nice hotel. Late booking gave a rather good discount and gave extremely good value for the money. Clean and nice. Nice staff and good facilities.
