Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: We loved the location. So close to the main road with great little restaurants. The beach was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was a treat every morning. The cleaning ladies did a great job, specially folding the towels a different way every morning! The gardens and sorounds are just beautiful. Overall we loved the place!

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: Замечательный отель. Очень красиво. Стоит в тропическом парке на берегу. Пляж убирают каждое утро, лежаки и полотенца - бесплатно. Уборка в бунгало была ежедневно. Завтраки на выбор - хочешь тайский, хочешь европейский. Была возможность посмотреть другие отели - с уверенностью могу сказать - это один из лучших на Ко Чанге. И местоположение очень удобное. Посередине между паромом и Банг Бао. Вообщем, отдыхом в нем, остались очень довольны.

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: Great resort facilities with relaxed style.Really beautiful place for a holiday. The small things that kept it from being the ultimate experience was.... locationvise( for us,who needed a little bit more than just a couple of restaurants), we had to rent a motorbike to get into town (you can also go by cab). The breakfast wasnt very organised although a lot of staff. Un-necessary things like having to pay extra for internet and for booking a table at a local restaurant/ calling a cab (wich of course should be a part of their service!!) was quite irritating. Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: Great resort right on the beach. During peak season it was quite crowded by the breakfast area, by the pool and on the beach.Two nice pools. Sometimes the staff waited till the morning to clean the pool so it was closed til 10 am.

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: We, a family with kids aged 15 and 17 stayed three nights in two (connected) bungalows. The bungalows are well equipped and clean. They are located in a beautiful garden. The resort has two nice swimming pools and comfortable sun beds. The breakfast buffet is ok but not great (tea kept on a hot plate) and wifi is not free of charge here. We had tropical rain storms during our stay, so we can not comment on the beach life. Do rent a bike when you stay on Koh Chang.

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: 1st time at Tropicana Resort we stayed in ground floor room in new building it was excellent photos don t do the gardens and new pool area justice plenty of sun beds no need to get up early ,there is another pool at the beach with splash area for kids again plenty of sun beds ,breakfast was buffet something for everyone,we didn t eat in hotel as there were quite a few eating places on main road takes about 8 min to walk it and another 15 min to small village with loads more.Staff were fantastic,would we go back to the Tropicana oh YES . Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: very nice hotel in quiet area of island pool areas are fantastic we stayed in deluxe cabin and was very happy with service and cleaniness of room except for no hot water which they fixed straight away overall a great place to stay for a quiet holiday.

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: Great Resort and great location .. the only complaint is that they charge 62 USD for an extra bed in a Bungalow that initially did cost 165 USD. That is neither justified nor family friendly. All other services (Internet, Laundry etc.) are also a bit overpriced but there are plenty of options around the resort. Just go out and explore ..

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: Не буду оригинальна, когда скажу, что все понравилось. Я ездила сама, планировала поездку сама, не через турфирмы, бронировала отель на asiahotels.ru. Я очень довольна и отелем и персоналом. Когда я приехала к ним, было уже 7 вечера и когда я им показала свой ваучер, по их растерянным физиономиям я поняла, что они про меня не слышали. Они все куда-то звонили, потом извинялись, потом еще звонили, но убедились, что все оплачено еще 2 недели назад и это они лопухи. Мне предложили переночевать одну ночь в номере, в билдинге (я резервировала Lux бунгало), а наследующий день меня со всеми почестями, улыбками и поклонами переместили бунгало классом выше (Гранд Lux бунгало), поскольку бунгало моего класса свободного не было. В Гранд Lux бунгало я и провела оставшиеся дни, причем не доплачивая. Там у меня был собственный душ на улице(помимо душа в бунгало) и большая ванная выложенная плиткой, или если хотите, маленький бассейн, так же на улице, под тенью пальм и прочей экзотики. Рядом канал с рыбками, по вечерам совершенно безумный хор лягушек. Территория отеля очень большая, ухоженная, и действительно, напоминает тропики. Буйство красок и цветов. У отеля два бассейна. Один, небольшой, прямо на берегу. Второй бассейн, который находится довольно далеко от берега, рядом с рецепшн и зоной, где располагаются билдинги. Но этот бассейн просто шикарен. Огромный, с фонтанами, с лагунам, в которых вы можете включить джакузи. Интернет в отеле есть, но только в интернет кабинете и в лобио. Либо идти (10 мин) до главной улицы, где рядом с рестораном “Е-мое” есть интернет кафе, где цена намного ниже. Ну и интернет-кафе полно по всей улице, которая идет вдоль острова.Ресторан у отеля замечательный, никаких нареканий. Для не владеющих языком есть меню на русском. Вечером, как правило, выступает замечательно трио, которые поют известные шлягеры. Мило. Шумных дискотек нет. Все очень чинно. Если вы любитель спокойного отдыха – то это для вас. Если вам хочется чего-то поживей, то спокойно топаете вдоль береговой линии до более шумных мест. Либо платите 50 бат и такси к вашим услугам.Завтраки разнообразны, и на все вкусы. Салаты, фрукты, сосиски, бекон, оладьи, йогурты, соки и всякая тайская еда. И еще одно, что должно вас убедить, что отель действительно стоит этих денег. Через два дня моего пребывания выяснилось, почему же они все таки прошляпили мою резервацию. Дело в том, что в этот отель, на три дня, приехала принцесса Тайланда… No comments. Бодигарды в кустах, полицейские пытаются слиться с пальмами. Куча военных, три крейсера в заливе отеля, прикрывают пляж. Но все ненавязчиво и на жизни отдыхающих это никак не сказалось. Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: very nice resort. private beach with white sand. we had a vacation with young children and it was very comfortable. deluxe room are big and have extra small bad inside. children pool next to the beach and restaurant. simple buffet every evening. new part of the hotel (superior rooms) is far from the beach (200 m).will come back [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: Enjoyed it very much. Nice quiet location with a good beach. Rooms are set in a lovely garden and are beautifully made up everyday. all staff very helpful. A good breakfast. Didn t rate the restaurant too highly but a lot of other choices around. Would recommend the hotel.

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: Very nice and natural hotel area with a luch and green landscaping. Kind and helpful staff. Accommodation correspond to the descriptions given. The only drawback was that the beach in front of the resort had quite many bottom rocks coverd with sharp shells making bathing difficult/dangerous. Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: The Tropicana is a very beautiful bungalow Resort. The bungalows are spacious,well decorated,very clean they really caputre the asian charm with teak floors and furniture. I was very impressed with the grounds and the vegitaion was beautiful. I was plesently surprised with this hotel. The front desk staff was very good and speak decent English and a few speak very good German. The only complaint that I may have with this resort is the Resturant had good service but we had to wait very long for our meals to be served. The food was good but not great but after a few nights I just could not hear the band anymore but of course that is a matter of taste. There are plenty of other great resturants near by. As for the beach this is one of the quieter beachs in Koh Chang which is what we where looking for but there are extreme low and high tides so be prepared. One thing I highly reccomend is to take the house boat and go on the day-trip snokeling. The spa was limited in services but the massage was great and very inexpensive.
