Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Buakao Inn is a great little spot in the heart of Thongsala not far from where the ferry lets you off. It s billed as comfort on the cheap--and trust me, it delivers. The bed in Room 5 was extremely comfortable, there s an excellent diner/cafe with tasty and relatively inexpensive breakfast just downstairs, and the staff are all extremely pleasant, particularly Mike! This is not a full service hotel by any means, but if you re like me (an independent, no-nonsense kind of traveller), Buakao Inn has just about everything you need. A word about the location: it s right in the heart of the island s main settlement, a fact that may or may not be good for you. I really enjoyed having access to all the conveniences (7-11, Phantip night market, numerous pharmacies, taxi stands, you name it)--and all the beaches and parties were just a songthaew ride away. Thanks for the excellent stay!One caveat: nearby Muay Thai boxing on Monday nights may keep you up but don t fret; they tend to shut down just after midnight. [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]

Forvaltningen af reservation: booking worked well, but it s a bit complicatet to wait for confirmation emails two times if you re travelling and not online every day like at home.
Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: i really like the stay at Buakao Inn. very nice and comfortable room and a very helpfull host. also liked to take breakfast or dinner at the nice restaurant downstairs.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: mike and his wife(the owners)were very helpfull with any questions or queries we had..it is a pleasant place to stay,,rooms are basic but as you would expect from the price..the staff were all nice and polite and the resteraunt served quality food at a good price.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: one of the most comfortable beds i´ve ever selpt in thailand, really...so nice. the lady downstairs was a bit of a dragon (but a nice one ;), she protects the place real well. a great place to stay for this money, absolutely worth it!

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: This inn located in entrance of Thong Sala town, in walking inside even with anything I needed (7/11, float village, bank, travel agency, rental motorcycle, souvenir shops, tesco/lotus) it is very convenient location. From here it could keep walking to the pier in about few minutes. Because the ferry to Surat Thani of the next day early morning 7:00 was departure (9:00 with season off cancellation), while rolling the heavy baggage, walking, it was helped in the nearness which it can do to pier in several minutes. The room was single with fan, no air conditioner. Room temperature was 31.5℃. When I stopped the fan, the sweat gushed. The rest & shower room was to a fee it was wide. As for the shower temperature did not rise. Fee was THB495. Stopping the fan, while I closed the window going out, when I returned to the room, the kind of old smell a little did. After that, when, the fan went out without stopping, while the window was opened, it was cancelled. With in the room of the 2nd floor and I could use WIFI with the coffee shop of the 1st floor. A s Coffee Shop of 1st floor was tastiest in PhaNgan(illy coffee), it was THB35 and kind fee. The owner was tall white middle-aged man, the appearance was cool. Also the interior was cool, just this, the inn and the coffee shop of the wharf. It soaked in exoticism, this was the exactly inn. With this location, this fee was satisfactory very much. I would like to stay again. Next time at the room of the air conditioner attaching.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Quite and clean room (exactly like the pictures on web) and walking distance to the ferry pier. No disturbance from the below restaurant during night. Special: very soft bed. Ideal for arrival or even longer stay to explore Koh Phangan. Mike the owner provided good tips.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: perfect retreat for the full moon party. a taxi away from haad rin, but that is a bonus when you need to sleep after a hard party night. friendly staff, and any noise from the coffee shop downstairs, stays down stairs. only 2 min walk from thong sala pier.
