Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: We have picked up from the Airport on time and taken to Airport Very Promptly. We have been allotted Room No. 3 Room also Good. But We came to know that the Lock for the Both side Doors were not working. We were unable to Lock The Doors. Then they allotted Room No.1 which is not a beach Viw resort. In Room No.1 Safty Locker was not working then they have Changed the Locker from Romm no. 3 to Room No.1. We were unable to lock the Bath room door. Food was Good but there was no much veriety. Hospitality was good. Wi-fy was Good. Very Good service. Location also was good. Shower in both bathrooms has to be repaired.With Best Regards,S.Karuppusamy. [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: trevligt och rent hotell, laget ar bra om man vill ta det lungt pa kvallen, bra service till mera fart,fria resor till ao.nang, bra mat,trevlig personal; detta hotell kan vi rekomondera,(prisbilligt)

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: The hotel was stunning situated off the beaten track on the beach! The food excellent, be sure to ty the spring rolls, they truly are the best i have ever tasted!The staff were very friendly and helpful.We would return here.The hotel is not on the main busy beach area but with a scooter you can be there in 10 mins and was nice and quiet. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: The rooms and maids are generally good however the total experience was not good enough to return. Not even close to enough sun-beds by the pool. Many things on restaurants menu out of stock even in peak season. One of the staff (ladyboy) extremely poor and seemed annoyed by having to work. Cook seemed to do her best with what she had... Breakfast seemed like leftovers from the day before. The foreign manager obviously observed the poor service but did nothing to improve it. Not a place we will return.Beach below resort not usable for swimming. Ao Namao is more or less only a pier for traveling to the islands. After a couple of days we had most of our meals and drinks at the Krisda Villa which is only a few hundred meters away. Extremely good service and a great chef. Rooms are of high standard, in house restaurant is spectacular,overlooking the beach.The owners are very friendly and make you feel like you are at home. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: The Hotel is a very good adress, the garden with the pool is small but very clean and good, only the beach in front of the Hotel is not suitable, but near is a long tail port to go to beautifull beaches. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Bit of a shoddy hotel lobby and the girl who checked me in couldn t speak hardly any English which made things a bit complicated. However, the inside and pool and views from balcony were beautiful.Room was very clean and Pat the manager very helpful and friendly as were the other staff.

Forvaltningen af reservation: The internet comunication went well, but the hotel didn t know about our arrival, and the airport pick-up brought us to the wrong hotel.
Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: I was for the second time, spending my holiday in Krabi, but the first time at Tropical Beach Resort. The hotel is placed in a beatiful and quiet area, in front of the beach. The pool is fantastic, as well as the food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Another reason why I choosed to stay at this hotel, is because there are free kayaks and bikes. Also the owner of the hotel is a doglover like my self, and has a very sweet dog called Donatella.The doubleroom was very small, and the mattress very hard, but not a big problem. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: A nice hotel with quiet ambience, good food and clean pool. Free bikes and kayak available (e.g. for trips to fossil shell beach), also free shuttle bus to Ao Nang Bay every evening. Nice view from the seaview appartments.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Very nice hotel. The room was large and beautiful. The pool-area was clean and inviting. Good food in the restaurant. A good alternative to Ao-nang. Helpfull staff.
