Forvaltningen af reservation: The ITC-T.com and its booking agent were very user friendly and efficient. I would recommend this booking service to everyone! Good Job.
Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: The Cliff Ao Nang Resort was difficult to find. Two other resorts close by with very similar names & the entrance is almost hidden. Staff was very friendly and service was excellent. Walls in the bungalow were thin and could here everything going on in the next bungalow. Shower & toilet were in an enclosed outdoor setting. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: The room was great and very clean. The outdoor shower was a refreshing experience. Hotel staff were all very friendly. I love that they serve breakfast just outside the room! Thanks for the great stay!

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: We enjoyed the stay at this hotel as the staff there has been helpful and courteous. The room though is abit too small and is only suitable for a couple. We love the nature and greenery surrounding the whole area and the location was good too. On the last day of our stay we had our breakfast almost under the rain as the table and chair are placed outside the door and only partially covered.Breakfast was well prepared and sufficent to both of us. Overall we have no complain on our stay there.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: We stayed here for four nights, the staff couldn t have been friendlier, the rooms were fine, clean, secure but a little small however, not a problem for us - great bathroom a bit on the rustic side but we liked it. All bathroom toilettries were supplied and refilled daily. Breakfast was served outside your room on the terrace in the morning to your order and time the previous evening. Good sized pool and good location off the main street but no noise of traffic and a 10 minute walk to the beach. would recommend a stay here to anyone considering Ao Nang.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Lovely hotel, tiny rooms but clean.Outdoor bathroom and shower unique.We loved the grounds with tropical greenery. Great free breakfast on terraceor our own patio. Only one small detail..no stairs to get out of the pool..myhusband had to boost me up and out. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Perfect! Exactly what we were hoping for. Thai-style bungalows with outdoor bathrooms and an intimate setting. Great staff with more staff than guests. Perfect service. Was great to have free wireless internet and sit by the pool and get work done. I can stay in med-high-rises all over the world. Breakfast service in front of the bungalow, the best I ve ever had in Thailand. This is my understanding of a boutique style hotel . Will come back to Ao Nang just because of this Hotel. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: The entry of the hotel gives you the first good impression that you are in the right place. After speding time in such hot weather, you have the impression to be in an oasis full of exotic plants and trees. The welcome of the staff is very pleasant together with calm and quiet environment. The room is not extremely big, but there is an unusual nice open air bathroom. We really enjoyed having breakfast on a small private terasse outside the room. We have found quite a good price for our stay with complimentary transfer from the airport and a dinner included. The quality of the food in the hotel restaurant is in line with the overall quality of the hotel services. The only disadvantage is the location - the hotel is a bit far from the beach, you have to walk for at least 15 minutes. [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Opholdt os 6 døgn pÃ¥ The Cliff Ao Nang Resort og kan kun anbefale stedet. Dejlige smÃ¥ bungalows, skøn pool og den dejlig rolig atmosfære. Lækker morgenmad serveret pÃ¥ terassen. Venlig og hjælpsomt personale. Turen til stranden ca. 700 meter, men med masser boder at kigge pÃ¥ undervejs. Vil helt klart bo her igen, hvis vi kommer til Ao Nang igen.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: I cannot fault this place! What a wonderful resort! absolutely beautiful, and provides the perfect peaceful retreat from busy Ao Nang. The outdoor bathrooms are stunning, and the beds are so comfortable! Having breakfast served outside the room was a wonderful touch. The rooms are a bit small, but that wasnt a problem at all, there is more than enough space for a couple. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for somewhere slightly special. Perfect for couples. The staff were fantastic too, nothing was too much trouble. It really was faultless - I was concerned it might be crowded as it was the Christmas period, but quite the opposite, we only had to share the swimming pool once! Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Not a good resort. We were very disappointed when we got to the resort. The room was very very small and the bathroom had to roof and was very dirty. We almost check out before we even got there. The pool was dirty and there was no sun, because there was too many plants. The staff was friendly and tried to make sure that we was okay. Our son had his birthday when we were at Cliff Ao Nang Resort, and the staff made a beatiful cake for him. We can highly recommend this hotell. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: The staff at the Cliff is very friendly and do an excellent and service minded job. The food served is of a very good quality, breakfest is served either at your villa or in the restaurant, all with a smile. Rooms are small with barely sufficient space to put all you clothes in the cupboard, which also has not sufficient coathangers. But again staff and food is very good and that makes you forget about the size of the room.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: A small, well driven and extremely exotic hotel. Staff was as always smiling, friendly and extremely serviceminded. The hotel is superclean and the food fantastic. We have no complaints what so ever after a 15 day stay.

E una piccolas bomboniera dotata di tutti i confort: colazione davanti al bungalow se lo desiderate, connessione internet gratuita, scooter a vostra disposizione con soli 250 baht al giorno, info sui posti da vedere. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Good points: Nice place, the outdoor shower / toilet is very unique. Overall the service is good, staff are very friendly and always smiling. Nice unique resort set up.Bad points: Too much mosquitoes, especially at the outdoor toilet area, resulting in my wife getting a lot of bites. I ended up having to buy and burn mosquitoe coils. Could not have breakfast outside our room also as a result of too much mosquitoes.The room though maybe a little too small if you are carrying a lot of luggages.
