Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Very nice hotel! Nice pool. Friendly staff with attention to detail. Free in-room Wi-Fi a big plus! Pleasant dining room for breakfast.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Here va is NOT good! Worn, dirty room. The staff did not know a word of English so that be hard to make himself understood. Poor training room, old exercise machines (some did not work at all) The drop was when I asked reception if some ice for our drinks (that there were no opportunity to make ice himself in the room) then it would add 40 baht for the ice .... I just left! I was ANGRY! Not a Best Western to assist with some ice?? Misunderstandings arose at all times when they could not speak English, never a Best Western for me! Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: The Place is very and comfortable, I m overall happy with my stay. The resort is clean and nice. My only comment is the staff has language barrier as compared to the other 2 hotels.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: a nice Hotel with a great view -at least some rooms- on Ko Lanta.Bathroom tiles, after renovation, not cleaned and smeared with lime.Weak light an very smal!! Mirror in Bathromm made ist impossible to see ones own face. Living/Bedroom poorly furnished.Water had to bee boilt beside Bed.There was only one women at the reception -she even had to translate for her manageress- inthe whole Hotel who cold speak and understand a couple of words english. Forvaltningen af reservation: excellent. Have been using PhuketPortalen.dk for the past few years when vacationing in Thailand. Always reliable and professional.
Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: The location is off the main street, quite and convenient 5-10 minute walk to all local food, drink and boat departures. The pool, sauna, steam room and Spa facilities are all pleasent and were used quite often during this visit. The rooms are large and clean, but the furniture is in need of updating, and the in-room shower faucet could be changed to a western style . During our 4 days stay, the hotel ran out of singha beer, ice cream and coke. Local staff stated it was low season! I asked to speak to Hotel Manager or F&B manager...neither one was on the property. I left a note, and received NO reply. I would stay here again based on price/location and pool facilities. I would be hesitant if someone is expecting a more professional, personal-touch, on-site management style.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Thank you for a wonderful stay! This hotel is great value for money the staff were excellent, breakfast was good. The pool area and pool bar were ideal and bedrooms were clean and adequate with a particularly large balcony, however, would have preferred a room with a view!My family and I will be returning again June to Krabi and I will certainly return to this hotel. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: We had a very good week at Ao Nang Bay Resort. Very friendly personell. Helpful. Situated little bit in the outskirts of Ao Nang which suited us perfectly (thats one of the reasons we booked this hotel in the first place).Good rooms, pool area, breakfast very good. (Cannot say about SPA since we did not use it).We can recommend this hotel to everybody.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: A very nice hotel with excellent room service and the breakfast was very good indeed. We were annoyed that we asked for a quiet room on an upper floor and we were given a room right over the reception area and as the hotel was full it could not be changed. Poolarea could have been a little bigger but quite ok.About 700m to the beach, a nice walk with several shops along the walk.Hotel had a spa, we did not use it.
