Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: This is a fabulous hotel and in a great location, we really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very welcoming and the service was outstanding. The buffet breakfast was always very good and there was a great selection to choose from.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: hotel is great exception for the food on the Italian restaurant which was not so great and nothing to do with Italian food. Overall great stay for the price you are paying. room was great and confortable

Except the breakfast just so so, can be better, but this time was a bit disappointed, and the air-con was very very noise, if you don t turn it on there have mosquitoes. Friendly staffs. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Booking service was ok, but we felt that there was a degree of misrepresentation. Not sure if this was the hotel or the booking agent. We paid a lot more for an ocean facing room, and had absolutely no view of the ocean. We also felt that everything was expremely expensive. Being a faily isolated location, we felt like a captive market, that had no choice but to pay the high prices for food, drinks and transportation. Forvaltningen af reservation: Fant ut at det var rimeligst å bestille gjennom PhuketPortalen.dk.no. Bestilte først for 3 netter, men fant ut at vi ville tilbringe resten av ferien på Sheraton. Spurte hotellet om en god pris, men den var langt over hva PhuketPortalen.dk hadde.
Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Hotellet kan virkelig anbefales. Fikk en fantastisk velkomst. Service langt over det normale. Fantastisk frokost, flott bassengomrÃ¥de, og herlig med privat strand. BadehÃ¥ndklær fikk vi utdelt hver dag, fikk ogsÃ¥ med oss hÃ¥ndklær nÃ¥r vi var pÃ¥ tur andre steder. Mange aktiviteter Ã¥ velge mellom etter timeplan fra morgen til langt ut pÃ¥ ettermiddagen. Jeg var med pÃ¥ aerobic og aqua aerobic. Rashid og Big var skjønne aerobicinstruktører, ellers veldig høflig ansatte. Helt greie restauranter rett utenfor hotellomrÃ¥det og rimelig spatjenester. Shuttlebuss mot avgift til Krabi og Ao Nang flere ganger pr. dag. HÃ¥per virkelig jeg kan komme tilbake. Hilsen mor som hadde med 2 sønner pÃ¥ 20 og 22 Ã¥r.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Sheraton Krabi is very scenic, located in the mangroves and just in front of the beach. The dining options are excellent. It is a very kid friendly place.

Forvaltningen af reservation: We had an issue with the hotel that we stayed in prior - we checked out of that one early and into the Sheraton without too much of a problem.
Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Excellent hotel with amazing grounds and a high standard that they deliver on continuously. Rooms are spacious and modern with everything that you need. Pools are fantastic. Ate at two of the three restaurants on site and both were fantastic. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel. [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Great stay and one of the best holidays that we have had so for that I want to thank you. Only thing lacking was the quality of food and service in your main restaurant - Mangosteens. Food was served invariably cold. There weren t enough staff around to ensure plates were cleared quickly. Breakfast buffet was poorly maintained with empty dishes or milk overspilled and no one was looking at this to ensure that it was cleared and remained fully stocked throughout the breakfast time. Pool attendants could also be encouraged to be more attentive to guest needs rather than leaving the guests to continually ask for assistance. Other hotel facilities and staff were fantastic. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Sheraton Krabi is a very nice hotell with excellent service and a great breakfast. We were 2 adults and 3 kids, 4, 7 and 9, and we enjoyed the pool areas a lot and of course the elephant Ra Ra who visited the hotell twice a day. It is not very cheap though, food and drinks inside resort restaurants was very expensive and not always worth the money.
