Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Not worth the money-paid in the region of £60 per night for 2 at PP Charlie, the resort is a sister accomodation to the PP Princess, its very spread out and so would take a 5 minute walk to the pool, the pool was lovely, but over crowded with loud drunk chav throughout the day in 3 days we didn t manage to get a sun bed once. My biggest complaint was with the cleaning of the rooms, you have to ask to have your room cleaned otherwise it will not be done- when we did ask, we went back to our room to find we had fresh towels, and one toilet role (not even put in the holder) the bed had been half-hearterdly made but sheets not chnaged so when we got in bed there was still sand from the day before, absolutly nothing else was wiped down or tidied. When i told reception they shrugged and didn t seem to care, the next day the situation was exactly the same! The only good thing about PP Charlie is the location everything else is below standard and the staff are plain rude! When we checked out we left our bags at the luggage storage area which is just a corner, no locked door, or anything secure, my friend has bottles in her bag and we warned the bell boy that it was breakable, he clearly took no notice as when we returned to get our bags we found the bottles broken and leaking all over our bags. I asked the receptionist for some tissue and she asked my room number, when i said we had already checked out she refused to give us any tissue! insane!!! [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Room is modern, clean and comfortable. Right in the hub of the busy part of phi phi so easy walking to everything but quite noisy. Pool is a little bit of a walk from our accommodation but worth it as overlooks the bay so stunning views. Do not book boat excursions with the hotel as we were ripped off by a 40% uplift for commission which was a complete con when can go next door. [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: I was in Thailand over December 2011/2012. I m writing this review so that people looking for a great time in Phi Phi will not ruin their holiday by booking at this hotel. The hotel also runs under the name Phi Phi Princess so do not book at either.Firstly, it can t even be called a hotel. It just consists of a number of spread out, run down buildings consisting of rooms, if you can call them that. The rooms are disusting, dirty, tiny, some have no windows, some have blood stains on the walls, the bathrooms are little concrete areas with facilities that are just unacceptable.Secondly, the service is terrible. They overbook all the rooms so when you get there, the room you have booked is unavalible and they try put you in another, less superior room, even though all the rooms I saw were horrible. I heard from various staff members that the manager does this all the time, accomodation mix ups are a permanent thing here and they are totally unhelpful when it comes to sorting things outI have travelled Thailand extensively on 4 occasions and never have I had an experience like we had with this hotel. The pictures DO NOT represent the hotel, do not be fooled!!! We gave up the money we had paid, which was a lot as they are the biggest rip offs, and went to stay at another hotel. Best decision we ever made. I know many people who were in the same situation and if they could find other accomodation, they moved hotels. Unfortuantely it was over New Years and Phi Phi was very full and the people who were forced to stay there remained very unhappy.Seriously,I m really not fussy, I just need a clean simple room to be happy, and this hotel is the biggest joke. Never ever stay here. Rather stay at the Phi Phi hotel, the cabins rooms are the same price as Phi Phi Charlie and I cant even explain the difference. Otherwise P P Palmtree, Banyan Villa Resort, JJ residence, PP Casita, actually anywhere but here. Sleep on the beach if you need to, you will have a better experience than at Phi Phi Charlie. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Simple but ok hotell, negetiv was that we got a room that was near the PARTYroadwe have to use earplugs in the night.But if you are on vacation you can sleep by the pool;-)

Forvaltningen af reservation: Nice service with PhuketPortalen.dk. We booked an Superior room, unfortunately Charlie Beach tried to give my family the worst room in Phi Phi.
Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Really bad service and bad attitude. No pictures on the booking site match the reallity. And we had an arguing for 2 hours to get the room we order. They tried to give us an room without windows, an outside bathroom, really dirty walls, blood on the blankets. And we booked an superior room. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Hotellet ligger centralt pÃ¥ PHI PHI, om det nu kan kallas för bra? VÀrsta hÃ¥lligÃ¥nget ca 50 frÃ¥n hotellet. Vill du kunna sova sÃ¥ vÀlj inte detta, ska du ha party hely ok. Slitet hotel dock nÀra strand.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: We booked with PP Charlie but stayed at the Princess (all part of the same group). The hotel was exactly what we were looking for - centrally located, clean, near the beach and not overtly expensive. The rooms with a pool and beach view are excellent!

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Unfortunatelly I can t recommend this hotel. Room was very small and not clean. Definatelly below the expectaction. There is big diference between the hotel in reality and the pictures you can see on the internet page. The only good thing is location.
