Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: NÀr vi kom fram hade nÃ¥t fel med rummet uppstÃ¥tt, vi blev kompenserade med ett super deluxe rum, bÀttre Àn det vi frÃ¥n början bokat. Bra hanterat av personalen. Mkt trevlig personal, de möter upp en vid hamnen och hjÀlper till med bagaget Ànda upp till rummet, det gör de Àven vid utcheckningen. Lite havsutsikt. Bra lokalisation, inte sÃ¥ mkt nÀrliggande barer Àven om man hör de som ligger en bit ifrÃ¥n. Ok frukostbuffe. Bra stÀdning. NÀrmsta stranden Àr loh dalum bay, vilken Àr mkt ungdomar pÃ¥, stor skillnad i tidvatten gör att man mÃ¥ste gÃ¥ vÀldigt lÃ¥ngt ut för ett dopp. BÀttre att ta sig till ton sai bay som Àr lugnare. Forvaltningen af reservation: Excellent. Cheaper than other booking agents. Did not have any problems checking in. Remember to take your booking conformation with you
Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Very friendly and helpful owner. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Not one for the immobile though as there are a lot of steps to your room! However, if you can manage steps and are luckily enough to have rooms on the far side, then you have a beautiful view over the bay. [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Unfortunately this hotel was nothing like the pictures shown on the site. For some reason there was nothing done for years; it was really sad, the garden, the pool, the stairs to your room, also breakfast, it was not what you can expact for the price you pay. Only the room was okay. We think it has got to do with the terrible noise every evening and night from the party s on the beach, I don t mind hearing things but this was ridiculous and we think that s why they don t bother anymore, because guests will not stay for long in this place....

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: The resort in the mountain, so the transportation is not so good, but this is the common condition in PP island.there is one 270 degree balcony around the room, it s beautiful.The resort sevice is excellent, they can check your leaving time and help to send luaggage to Tosai bay pier on time.The room is a little small. There is no telephone in room. About TV, there is no chinese channel. About internet, 100B/H.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Vi fick ett rum uppe pÃ¥ bergs sluttningen.. de var extremt mycket ljud frÃ¥n discot som ligger ungefÀr 3-400 meter frÃ¥n hotellet. Ville man sova fick man gott vÀnta till 01.00 pÃ¥ natten, frukosten var urkass.Personalen var helt ok.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: The pictures must have been from the opening.Not the same when we arrived.It needs a little freshing up in the rooms and overall.But still a nice hotel.We had to walk 122 stairs up everyday but what a view then! =) Nice.Good staff,cleaning ok,location great.Breakfast ok.If you just are youngsters who want to have a ok hotel to sleep in in Phi Phi this is good.Not the worst or not the best.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: We got a bungalow with a amazing view. It was many steps up the hill to get to it but we saw the whole beach. Unfortunately the view came at the cost of loud music from the beach at night. Was very hard to sleep. Even with earplugs i was awake a long time every night. The manager is a very polite and service minded. We told him that we had a hard time to sleep, and he tryed to move us further away from the bass from the beach, but as we needed 3 beds, all those bungalows were up the hill, and we head the music just as well everywhere up there. The problem could have been solved if we have had a bungalow that was not up the hill, buth they probably dident have 3 beds.The breakfast was bread with jam or ham. You can altso order some eggs if you like. To save electrisity they turn off the power on the juicemachine it there are nobody eating. We came down to eat breakfast once and there was 45 minuts left of breakfast time . But the juice was as hot as the air. After that we ate breakfast at a local resturant.The rooms are pretty god though. If u dont mind a tiny breakfast and you get a bungalow in the bottom of the hill to escape the pounding bass untill 3 or 4 at night, you will probably have a good time :) [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: We very much enjoyed the service at your hotel, especially the carrying of our luggage and the helping with booking activities. However, our room was very old, and did not respresent the photos on your website. We had to take 5 flights of stairs to reach our room and we were in front of the cleaning quarters which was not very clean in appearance. Also, we were kept up all night with the loud music and the room above us. You can hear everything through the walls! Breakfast was very good and staff service was excellent. We appreciate all their help. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I don t think we will re-visit due to the room inadequacy. Thanks! [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Room was very clean and tidy, but a bit of a hike up steps to the rooms. The bathroom, just needs to be updated, very tired looking. There is a small pool, that gets all day sun. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Very nice place and friendly staff. The only thing we missed sas the wiew that could have been if not all the trees just in front of Balcony. Very close to ciity center and beaches. Good room standard, even if bathroom was not top class and lack of warm water in shower. Good value for price. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: It was a great pleasure to stay in Phitarom PP Resort. The staff and the Manager Mr. Yongyuth was very helpfull about everything you need. It was just at the heart of the city and 3 minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are cleaning daily. the water pressure was not very good but acceptable which I think it s the same in every hotel in the island. the only thing to complain is the hundreds of stairs to climb to rooms.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: We had a Super Deluxe Room, Double and it was nice and clean. Be prepared that you can be offered a room on the top of the hill, grate view but MANY stears to walk. It was hard to sleep since the nearby discos were playing very loud music until 2 am. The breakfast was very poor and the pool is small.The staff was however friendly. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: The hotel has good location not far away from the beach,very convenient and quiet but not far away from the pub and the main shop streets, the surroundings is beautiful,the high balcony is with good view,the staff are helpful.The stairs to the room are high,but the bellboy will help you with your luggages. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Calm & quiet place, but not protection for your privacy because the wall has its ears(you can hear any sound from your next door). All rooms are non-smoking. Bedsheet is a little bit dirty.Staffs are very friendly. There is no restaurant durning the low season. This resort opens a temporary restaurant for breakfast at the lobby. A swimming pool is so tiny like a bathtub. Evaluation point is 4/10.
