Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Sehr schöne Hotelanlage, traumhaft sind die Zimmer und Villen. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Konsumationen im Hotel, wie Essen, Getränke und Massagen, sind masslos überteuert. Die Preise stehen gegenüber den Angeboten ausserhalb der Hotelanlage in keinem Verhältnis.Schade; wir werden aus diesem Grund nicht mehr hin gehen. [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Excellent hotel. Very clean, fantastic staff all very friendly and good English spoken. Amenities were good and able to take advantage of free activities on the beach such as wind surfing and kayaking. Meals were of a good quality and the event nights such as seafood, steak and Thai, all with dining on the beach, were excellent. Forvaltningen af reservation: Efficient and fast. There was a price quote error in the confirmation, but this was fixed quickly.
Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Pool not too crowded nor noisy. Beach is easily accessible for good swimming. Sand is not white and bit grainy. Beach boys take good care of sunbathers.The Thai restaurant has an extensive choice of Thai classics and they ll prepare the dishes the way the diner wants. Even though the hotel was full, the beach, the pool and the restaurants never gave the impression to be crowded. Staff service and staff attentiveness everywhere in the hotel was just incredibly good and pleasant. Staff goes out of their way to please you. We have been vacationing in Thailand for the last ten years now, and this resort experience was the best. Like everywhere in Thailand, the secret to get warm service is that the customer has to be friendly, chatty and smiling to the staff. They pay you more than back for this. I see too many bossy customers, so they deserve what they get.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: The Hotel is a nice place from any side except pool restaurant. Breakfast is more or less OK also every day you ll get absolutely the same meals. But don t expect much from lunches and evenining events on the beach. The food is so-so and mostly a way to get money from tourists who are ready to pay a lot (as they think) for having Phuket lobster right on the beach. We strongly recommend Thai restaurant at the hotel which is (to our strong opinion) the best Thai restaurant on the island. Whatever you order will be delicious and accompanied by perfect service. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: The hotel is beautiful and the staff very friendly and service minded. We stayed with our two small children in a deluxe room and enjoyed our stay very much. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: We were recommended this for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The rooms were beautiful, staff excellent and it had a few dining options. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: From the moment we arrive we recieved exceptional service. we stayed in an ocean villa, which was well worth the extra money, the room was beautiful and the view even better. would recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay there again.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Stayed for 14 nights in Feburary and found this resort in an excellent location right on the beach and a 10 min. walk away from the nice Bophut Fischermans-Village, which is not so crowded and loud as Chaweng. Great spa and massage services. Food in the two Restaurants was very good, room was clean and the service was generally very good and friendly. All in all a very pleasant stay and would recommend to others and stay again on our next visit to Samui, allthough the resort is expensive.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Hotel is a nice small resort, that could be very very nice, we stayed there for 2 weeks with our kids. here is the good and bad :- Good : Close to beach, Mostly very nice staff, ok room- Bad : Food / Drink ridiculously overpriced, and a very non agreeable restaurant manager. The 7-11 accross the street sells the same drinks 8 times cheaper, so you end-up going back and forth all day. Food and drinks are priced to the level of a aman resort, where really this resort, while nice, is 3 level below at least.- Bad : Not great for familly. Resort is mostly filled with retired germans, or honey-moon goers.Nice place all in all, but overpriced when compared with actual quality. You could go in a bayan tree or aman puri for almost the same price.
