Forvaltningen af reservation: Not the 1 time that we booked by this service and it would not be de last time. VERY GOOD.
Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: -Forgotten to tell that there is still constructions going on in the hotel. Dust en dirt everywere.-People with backproblems must surch for other location - the matrasses (we were in 4 different rooms) are made off concreet.

It is close to everything; my room is spacious and clean; its buffet breakfasts are superb; and it provided me with a lot more (such as free tea, coffee and water; a hot pot; a safe)than I expected from this hotel at the reasonable rate that i paid. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: I have stayed at Sunshine Hotel many times, and have yet to be disappointed. My last visit was very good. Next time I return, my plan is to stay in the new wing.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Sunshine Residense Hotel Wing will closed on 31 Oct. There new building is openning on 1 Nov. Their room rate is quite high. I haven t seen the rooms, they must be great to ask for those rack rates. Staff was great.

Forvaltningen af reservation: I had to change my booking twice due to other commitments and this was done with the minimum of fuss.I use PhuketPortalen.dk for all my hotel bookings and they have never let me down.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: For 1700 THB I expected a much better hotel. At the time of my stay, no swimming pool and no free internet access was available. Laundry extremelly expencive. Many other hotels offer much better facilities,service and quality. Very dissapointed.At the time of my arrival, had water problem in my room, not same type of room was available, offered a superior room. Next day, I been asked to change and move room again. The only thing the staff did for me is to say sorry sir . I work in the same industry and in case of accidents, we offer to our Guests much more than a simple word SORRY .
