Forvaltningen af reservation: It was poor that your pages promise that the hotel will have baby bed what there isn t. I think this is my last time to use your service because with a baby that is a thing where you have to have faith! When you travel with baby you don t need any extra suprises!
Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Nothing really went in the hotel like expected. Like promised there was no babybed!!! Our reservation was for three weeks, so it was no cool have 10 months baby between whole holiday. Answer in the reception was NOHAVEEEEEE!! The hotel only expects a russian guests, nobody really speaks english and they all say for every guest something in russia. In the breakfast there is ants in the tables and in the foodtables also! Balcons were not cleaned even at once in the whole time and the next balcon from our room was empty and there about 100 pigeons and all their shit, what also came to our balcon, and no cleaning! The elevators are from the 60 s when you try to get out with a trolley it s not good cause you will every time stuck between the doors. There might happen something bad!

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Compared to the past, this time there is something extra--many many cockroaches in the room, which indicates that the hygiene of your hotel has deteriorated. Another thing to complain about is your elevators. Many of the buttons do not work well and your customers keep getting caught by the doors.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Whilst one of the older Hotels in Pattaya it was very clean the only problem being poor lighting in the room. The pool area was clean and so was the pool water. The staff were all very friendly and I recommend this Hotel for couples and families. Refurbishment was underway on my floor but disruption was kept to a minimum. I will definitely stay here again. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: i am dissapointed. nobody meets you on arrival, no wi-fi, no hairdryer in the room, and no ironing in the whole hotel!!! how can that be possible??? walls in the room are so thin so i could here all talks from neighbour rooms.bathrooms are just aweful. but location is perfect, for sure)) [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Not a bad hotel for the money but this trip we were stuck in one of the rooms out the back over looking a horrible corrigated roof.Make sure you get one of the rooms at the front or over looking the pool.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: the hotel was ok but my room was infested with insects may be roaches not sure just kept on killing every day for 3 weeks, i was going to stay for a few more days but they qoted me 1650 bhat( £35) per night christmas dinner that i had to pay for should have started at 6.00pm i had an appointment for later they told me when i was on terrace thatthey were not serving food until at least 6.45 pm i walked out.i had a few more complaints but i will finish by saying i will not be staying there again or recomending this hotel to any of my friends [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: This is my second stay at the Welcome Plaza Hotel. I had hoped that some minor renovation had taken place. Some fresh paint and cleaning of carpets would do wonders to make the rooms more appealing. However, 750 THB is a great value for a hotel in Pattaya. Breakfast buffet for me was complimentary for 3 of my 6 days. It is a nice buffet offering both Thai and Western cuisines. [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]
