Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: Nice hotel and rooms. a little bit far from the main streets but close to the beach. Not sea view anymore from the pool on the roof because of a newly built hotel. Free wifi. Very dissapointed on the breakfastbuffé, big table noting on it.

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: Our stay at the hotel was definitely not one of the best - there were quite a few problems. The staff were rude - the check in took a long time, staff were abrupt and not at all the same as the usual Thai hospitality that one expects when visiting Thailand. The location was not the best - it was not too far from the beach, but was quite a bit further up the road away from where everything is happening.The rooms were not ready when we checked in - they sent us up the our rooms after a long check in process but the beds still had the old sheets on and the room had not yet been cleaned. The remote for the TV didn t work and there was no hairdryer - just a large cross where the hairdryer was meant to be fixed to the wall.We found 2 roaches in our room and 1 in the bed which was the final straw.On New Years Eve when we got back to our room, someone had thrown up in the passageway and this was still left there until the following morning.They were also very cheap - I had to call a tour company because they were not late (there are no phones in the rooms to call out of the hotel) and they charged me for teh phonecall - whereas other hotels I was at were happy to make the call on my behalf.Overall the experience was very poor. Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: I thought the room was ok until the roach strolled from underneathe the coffee pot. I reported it, they sprayed,(didnt offer another room) and the rm lady said is that ok. Two days latter it strolled back out of the coffee pot. Stayed away from the pot.They charge for guest. 5 stars in Bankok dont charge for guest. No give on that. Battle for a receipt on check out.Constuction in the is terrible but not the hotels fault. Anything going on in the hallway sounds like they are in the room with you. My room was 201. Right next to the materials closet. The maid wakes you in the morning rooting around for materials.Must pay to use the safe.I wont stay there again.

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: I m happy and easy to book online, keep it up for us to make a booking on our next trip to Thailand. I like the staffs at Aspery Hotel they are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast are nice.

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: Hotel is really nice and still quite new. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet rooms and good size (pretty big actually) with no view, but very short distance to the beach. It is about 10 minutes walk to Bangla. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Good selections for breakfast both for Thais and international. I have to say food was really good and fresh. I love the pool, very refreshing. The beds, as others have said, are firm, but that is perfect for me, since I prefer firmer beds over flimsy old smelly ones. Over all a very pleasant stay. PS. Book the tours from the stand at corner of this hotel (Somkoan). Don t book it with the travel agents your taxi drivers took you to. Big scam. Patong is so dirty now...so, take day trips to near by islands will be more enjoyable. [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: Aspery Hotel is value good for money and its a nice & cosy hotel to stay in. Everything is almost perfect and far beyong my expectation. The rooms are very clean, bed sheets & linen white and tidy, bathrooms conditions very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. The breakfast is fantastic and delivers far mor than what i have expected. Location of the hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from Jungceylon. Not a far walk on a nice windy night with lots to see from the night markets, restaurants and bars. A short walk to the beach where is not so crowded. Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: I stayed at Aspery Phuket Hotel for one week, from April 10th - April 17th, and on the fourth day I found out that I lost one of my Camera accesories in my room. I made the report to the reception desk and they answered they will investigate. 2 days passed by, they didn t give me any info regarding my report until the last day i check out they only say sorry. I asked for a replacement but no action was taken and again only say sorry. I didn t manage to go to police station because I was busy diving outside the Patong City. Until the day I left, no action was taken and I heard from a staff that there were few similar cases happened in this hotel. I love Thailand, and looking forward to come again. Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: Персонал на ресепшн выполняет свои обязанности без претензий,а вот уборщики комнат подкачали.Была попытка вскрыть мой чемодан,но только смогли сломать кодовый замок.Ничего не украли,но негативное впечатление об отеле-навсегда.Даже приличные завтраки его не изменят. Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: We stayed at aspery for 26nights and are very pleased with the rooms and the service.The breakfastbuffet was realy good, fresh food and very clean restaurant.Service in recepetion and cleaning was excellent.The only thing that was a little bit bad was the view from the poolarea, you can t se anything other then the hotels next to it.Location is very close to beach and close enough to Bangla Road (party)

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: We stayed at Aspery Hotel for 4 nights in January 2011. The location of the hotel is perfect, it s really easy to get to the beach and to the city centre. It s not noisy outside. Rooms are not bit but very comfortable and cosy.
