Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: Nice older hotel with big room and bathroom. Hotel is on beautiful tropical garden setting with nice swimming pool. A short walk to the beach, yet very quiet at night. Friendly staff. Only complaint:costly Wi-Fi in rooms. [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: This is a pleasant hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Tucked away in a quiet tropical garden but close enough to the beach and nightlife. Water pressure was a little low for the show. Overall, good value for money during low season rates. I will stay again, its not easy to get a good nights sleep in Patong.

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: Pros: very nice pool area with shallow part for young children, polite staff, reasonable breakfast, spacious rooms.Cons: the A/C didn t work properly, we asked maintenace to assist, they did something that made improved things only slightly. Our room wasn t cleaned on one of the days, we had to ask reception to send the cleaner to do her job. Low water pressure in the shower.Location is average, resort is located on the south side of Patong, takes a bit of a walk to get to the center of things. Overall, on my next stay in Patong I d try to find a better alternative. [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]

Ther are a godd cleaning.For all Patong Beach you have to do something with all teh rats it is not nice to see when it getting dark. [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: En mysig liten oas mitt i Phukets larmande kvällsliv. Inga märkvärdiga rum men ett bra budgetalternativ om man hellre spenderar tiden på stan än på rummet. Poolområdet bra och läget är kanon ändå inget oljud på natten.

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: Good location. Nice and pleasant people but service is slow. On the first night I was there, the hotel owner brought in the police to forcibly remove a few guests at 2 am for misbehaviour. Overall, not good value for money. [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: 2nd time Im staying here,I stayed here also April 2009.Very nice hotel to a nice price.The place is very nice,the service good and the hotel is overall good value for the money.The restaurant is making nice food,it took a while for me to check it out,I was surprised it was so nice.Tahnks for a nice stay Ill be back in October or early december.Thanks.

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: None of the staff could speak English fluently, we had to change 3 rooms initialy to get something close to our choice. The add in the website says all rooms are attached to swiming pool view... but they r wrong.. Unfriendly staff.... looks like nobody have trained the staff regarding customer friendliness.... hotel is very farway from Bangla road and restaurents... 5 min walk away to the beach... Except the tour operator attached to the hotel, nothing else were not upto the mark [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: Hotel was empty and even so the service terrible. The room photos on the internet did not match up with what we got either and although they promised to change the Superior room photo on the left, as at today 25 June 2009 it is still the incorrect picture. You get much better hotels for the same price or less.

Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: It was very nice to stay there. They had good service, and smiling people. I like this place, and i want to stay there again, if i go back to Patong. This was my second time in Patong. But I have been around 20 times in Thailand before.

Forvaltningen af reservation: The reservation facility provided by PhuketPortalen.dk.Com was excellent, prompt and the reservation staff were responsive. I booked some hotels through PhuketPortalen.dk two years back and I found that WebPhuketPortalen.dk plc. was an honest service provider.
Andre bemrkninger om hotellet: I stayed in a Superior Room for three days. The room was on the first floor and we had to climb the stair cases to recah the room. There was no lift. The room was OK and its layout was as shown in the website. Quality of bed linen is now OK. The balcony was wide but the door opening to the balcony was not getting locked properly. The airconditioner of the room went out of order during our stay. On our request, it was repaired but inspite of that it did not generate adequate cooling effect. The room was equiped with a cofee/tea maker; but tea, cofee, sugar and creamer packets provided were chargeable. Bath room was very small and did not have a bath tub. Space for WC was very narrow and sitting on it was uncomfortable. Bathroom floor was cemented and not tiled. Swimming pool was small but it was looking nice. Breakfast was good. Slices of breads put in the toaster were not falling on the tray but on ground. The Hotel was located near the Patong beach and close to the bus stand, taxi stand and shopping centres. There was adequate parking space in front of the Hotel. We did not face any hassles in getting our room on arrival. However, the Hotel did not send any vehicle to pick us up from the airport though we had requested for the same on payment. We wasted a lot of time searching for the hotel car at the airport. One or two front office staff were indifferent and not quite cordial. However, The Hotel was OK for the rent we paid. We, however, felt we should have paid a few hundred Bahts more and stayed in a better hotel. We shall not stay here again. [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]
