Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: We booked a family mini suite for our family of four, when our oldest son decided to come we were told they could not add an extra bed to the room...not sure why because the room was huge. Nothing for nothing at this hotel, but guess its the same at most big hotels ( and this one is huge). Complimentary Internet would have been nice, especially considering how terrible the reception is, but ranged in price from 150 baht/ hr -1000 baht/week. We chose the weekly option, but probably not worth it for the amount of time it was not working.Breakfast was ok, good range, but very busy. Managed to get a table every morning though.Location was good, across road from beach, walking distance to the action, but far enough away to be good for families.Funny stories from other guests about being booked into Sunset wing, but room not painted & no electricity & lift not working etc.Hotel was fully booked, obviously hoping new wing would be finished...but wasn t, but put guests in unfinished rooms anyway.Overall we did enjoy our time there.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Only problems were the hard beds and the construction noise just outside our room.But overall, a fantastic resort. Perfect distance away from the chaotic nightlife near Bangla road. Right on the beach, so that was perfect for my relaxing holiday. Great facilities and beautiful room. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Graceland. The buildings are looking a bit tired but that is more than compensated for by the wonderful location, friendly staff and access to the beach and shopping.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: We have stayed at Graceland 3 times and this time we were surprized to find it mych louder and less nice than before. We chose Graceland for its nice and calm appearance from ebefore and the cleanlines and nice staff. this time many guests were loud, both outside in teh pool in the garden , in the breakfastroom and in the rooms next to were we stayed and it did nt feel as qiet and nice as before!!!When we have styed with you before we had a nice and quiet adult vacation with class. This time Graceland has changed to be a loud place with almost no sunbeds at the pool area because of geuests laying towels on sunbeds even if they don t use htem. It was sand almost everywhere aroun dteh pool area an d the sunbeds and people were playing football on the grass outside our room. And at breakfast there was such a loud noise that we had to eat outside to avoid headache and injured hearing. Much to loud to be good for your health and digestion. And breakfast started closing up around 10 am although the information said that breakfast was until 10.30 am.They had only breakfast at one place now...befor when they had it in two places(separate floors) it was much better) Many things had gone worse than we have experienced earlier on our stay at Graceland and we missed the feeling that we have known it for. Next time we may concider another hotel if Graceland doesn t catch up and gets back to what it was before again?! [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: An excellent location, a very good family hotel. Pool large & clean. Breakfast brilliant......something for everyone. Rooms a reasonable size, but beds very hard indeed. The bowling was a lovely option, but rather on the expensive side. Plenty of good restaurants/eateries close to the hotel, we were able to walk everywhere, only needed a TukTuk once. The beach is just over the road from the hotel, and was not too crowded during our stay. Plenty to do there, but tourist prices apply to the activities. Overall, I would stay at Gracelands again.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Hotel is good..located in a quiet area.Staff are nice. One thing is you should void to go to the hair saloon, they are very impolite in conversation.I was surprised for a such hotel which has a hair saloon that the personnel may speak badly to his customer without any reason.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: No reason to visit to Graceland Resort again.1.Room: Not bad but not good when you considering the money you pay.2.View: Too far away to enjoy the sea view. 3.Approach to Patong main area:15~20 minute by walk(to Mcdonalds), not easy when it s very hot. You have to pay 100~150baht for any vehicle ride.4.Breakfast: Very limited menu you will have.Not good taste.5.Taxi service: There is travel agency in front of hotel. My 650 baht were gone for mis-communication. No refund. No apologies. No additional suggestion to us. Just hang up the phone after the long foul languages though phone. I will not go there again in my life.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Great hotel,nicely positioned on the north side of Patong beach. Rooms very comfortable and service exellent. Breakfast was very good with a good variety of food, fresh fruits etc. It was our second stay, and will definately stay again

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: The hotel is clean and staff are friendly too. Infact i wanted to extend my stay but it was a pity as all the rooms were full. Overall experience is good, will definately be back if i visit Phuket again!

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Very nice rooms, we took the superior with yacuzzi for us too much space, but the hotel was completely full, the breakfast was very good. First day we took the supper and we did not like at all, nice service in the amazing swimming pool.The staff need to speak english to be more helpful. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Best Hotel I have stayed in Phuket.Huge pool with friendly bar staff, ten pin bowling was great for the kids and rooms were spotless. Close to the action of Bangla Road and across the road from beach, don t go anywhere else!
