Forvaltningen af reservation: its my first time booking via siamservices.no complaints at all.
Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: I had booked d junior suite thru siamservices.check in was fast.no hassle.room was large.jacuzzi had no hot water.hence, due to the rainy season, it was too cold to soak in the jacuzzi.also, since its pretty much open, any passer bys always peek into your room.hence, i would say this is a no - no .otherwise, pleasant stay.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: A lovely place, beautiful accommodations set in a gorgeous surrounding. Set back of the street enough to feel that your are secluded, however very eacy to get onto the road to catch a taxi. REally enjoyed our stay and the moderness and cleanliness of Araya helped this. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Excellent hotel and facilities. Try the Thai massage at the Spa and the cookery course - both highly recommended. Lovely food from the restaurant and reasonably priced. Location of rooms keeps you nice and fit as well!

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: we stayed 14 nights in this beautiful hotel. I searched on internet for hours, until i found this boutique hotel as we are looking for specific things: hotel not too big with personalized service, a nice pool, nice furniture, good level but still easy going, perfect location with a few restaurants and not too busy. Surin beach is exactly what we where looking for: a little road behind the beach full of nice local restaurants and a few trendy places. Hotel is located at 5 min walk and there s buggys driving you around as it s quite steep. We had a courtyard suite and loved the 116 square meters!we had a jacuzzi on the terrasse, living room and an outdoor shower, plus a nice sea view. We travelled with our 3 years old daughter and it was very easy. It s not our first time in thailand so we know what we can get. This location is a perfect balance between this local feeling we all look for in this country and nice and upper level service.would definitively go back! [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]

Forvaltningen af reservation: The original booking offer Stay 7 pay 5 was initially rejected as I was advised by PhuketPortalen.dk that it wasn t available for the room type requested. Once I emailed a copy of the website offer to PhuketPortalen.dk staff, they rectified the issue however the offer was then pulled from the website soon after. Everything was fairly smooth from then on.
Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: Lovely suites, very big and luxurious. Attentive, efficient and friendly staff. Could not fault them in any way.The big let down for this resort is the noisy road that runs directly in front of it. We paid for a Jamjuree Suite which was lovely however we were situated lower down the hill than some of the guests we spoke with that stayed in the cheaper Benjamart Suite. The view from our suite was nice but I expected the higher the price the higher up the hill and the better the view. Our view was slightly impeaded by power lines and poles that run parallel to the road and it was also a bit noisy out on the terrace. If I stayed at this resort again I would request a suite further up the hill. Each individual building (bungalow) contains two private suites each with their own access, one on the top and one on the bottom. Ours was on the bottom (maybe all Jamjuree suites are because of the garden and water feature - not sure) but it tended to be a little dark and most of the terrace, including the cold water whirlpool bath were undercover. I would request a suite up top to take advantage of the extra light and sunshine to warm the whirlpool bath a little. Having said all this, the resort and the suites are lovely. All the guests we spoke to thought the resort was lovely and Surin beach is a truely beautiful spot. [PhuketPortalen.dk integr.ERR:escaping]

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: The rooms are spacious and comfortable, nicely decorated, staff is accommodating. However, the hotel overlooks a road, which can be quite noisy at times. Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: This was our second time to Treetops and the friendly and familiar faces were warm in their greetings. Service was always with a smile. The rooms are spacious, clean and elegantly designed with the outdoor jacuzzi an extra treat. We have been to Phuket many times and appreciate the Surin location as it is away from the rush of Patong and serene in the tranquility of nature. The views are spectacular and we will be back again for sure.

Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: TreeTops was a great property for getting away from it all and just relaxing. The views from the villas and private pools were stunning, the staff exceedingly polite,the Spa therapuetic, and the food was delicious (loved the different softshell crab dishes and the breakfast buffet). Andre bemærkninger om hotellet: This is a resort couple should consider when planning to have a romantic getaway in Phuket. The room is spanking new and neat. The outdoor jacuzzi is a plus with personal sundeck for 2. The breakfast served is fantastic and the staff are friendly and professional. I personally stayed at the Benjamart Suite but will return to try out the higher ends suites soon!
